Reply 1988 in Korean title 응답하라 1988 (Eungdabhara 1988) is the ultimate. My number one favorite of all the Korean TV dramas/series I've watched for over two decades. It's a romance comedy and a family drama rolled into one. It aired on TVN for 20 episodes in 2015.

Personally, I enjoy Reply 1988 as a whole. This is the final series of the Reply sequel, which began in 1997 and continued through 1994 and 1988. This is by far the finest for me. I sobbed, laughed, and felt as though I had grown up in that community. That warmed your heart and caused you to reflect on your modest origins. The OSTs are also still available. Classic ost selections. Congratulations to the Reply 1988 production. It lingered and enhanced each scene. It fit together flawlessly. A well-executed masterpiece.

The series depicted the problems of living at the time in a subtle way. Makes you realize that yes it happened before yet now, at this very moment, I can say I survived.
